We built this because we lived it

Direct2Care started in 2016 when an ER doctor saw the same story every day: hardworking people showing up for basic care because they had nowhere else to go. UTIs, strep throat, pink eye, all things that could be treated simply and affordably.

But the real breakthrough came when Brandon O’Rourke, a McDonald’s franchise owner, became our customer and saw Direct2Care work firsthand. After watching it help his team’s retention, he knew this solution could change everything for business owners like him.

Direct2Care was not built in a boardroom, but by people who understood both sides of the healthcare crisis and business owners who needed a real solution for their teams.
