He most recently served as President of Enterprise Solutions at Syneos Health, leading their global consulting business serving nearly all top-25 pharma companies. He has held an operating partner role with leading private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL) and is now CEO of Red Nucleus, a THL portfolio company providing advisory services in pharmaceutical R&D and commercialization. Mike holds a BA in chemistry from Vanderbilt and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.

At age 35, he was named Adweek Magazine's U.S. Creative Director of the Year. He joined Hill Holliday in Boston, becoming CEO in 2003 and growing the agency 85% to become the 12th largest in the U.S. After retiring as CEO, Mike served as CEO of Boston Globe Media Partners and has held board positions at BJ's Wholesale Club and other companies. He was one of the founders of One Fund Boston, which raised over $81 million for survivors of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. Mike graduated from Saint Anselm College and lives in Norwell, MA with his wife Maureen and their two children.
